About the Product: Loss is found in all aspects of our lives, but most notably in beginnings and endings. Between a beginning and an ending is the tumultuous stage of transition, where we might experience a loss of stability, a loss of routine, or even a loss of security. The Savior Himself grieved and mourned over loss. Few people know how to handle loss. Instead we seek to avoid pain—to escape and run away from reality. To accept things as they are, or as they were, requires that a price be paid. The price is grief. Truly going through the steps of grieving eventually unlocks acceptance, peace, contentment, as well as gratitude. This book will help readers learn how to overcome the barriers of grief, use loss as a teacher, live in a state of acceptance, and allow themselves to be comforted in moments of loss and grief.
