What do you want to be when you grow up?
Maybe you have thought about becoming a doctor, a lawyer, a school teacher, a veterinarian, a sports coach, a scientist, a policeman, a computer programmer, an engineer, a banker, a construction worker, an architect, an oil driller, a fireman, or some other occupation.
While any of these occupations are good, have you ever thought about becoming a righteous man, a man of God, a priest of God, a teacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ?
Thomas E. Johnson is a former Stake President of the Wilmette, Illinois Stake and Bishop of the Chicago First Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He also served as a missionary for the Church in Japan. Originally from Nephi, Utah, he attended Snow College, the University of Utah, and Northwestern University Law School in Chicago.
