About Author: Z Altug, PT, DPT, MS, CSCS, is a licensed physical therapist and performance specialist with more than 28 years of experience in his field. He currently works at a private physical therapy clinic in Los Angeles. Z previously worked as an assistant professor at West Coast University and at the UCLA Medical Center outpatient rehabilitation department. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy and obtained his master of science degree in sport and exercise studies and a bachelor of science degree in physical education from West Virginia University. Z also completed a transitional doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT) from the College of St. Scholastica. He is the coauthor of The Anti-Aging Fitness Prescription (Hatherleigh Press, 2006).
